Terms of Service
These terms apply to organizers who create an account on Rallib and run events with it. By signing up, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Your account
You need a valid work email to create an organizer account. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, including crew, volunteers, agency staff and sponsors, and for keeping login details secure.
Your events
- You are the organizer of record for every event you publish and responsible for its content, safety and delivery.
- Event pages must describe the event accurately, including dates, venue, ticket prices and refund rules.
- You must have the right to use any logos, speaker photos and sponsor marks you upload.
- Events that are unlawful, deceptive, or that promote hatred or violence are not allowed and will be removed.
Tickets and payments
Ticket payments are processed by licensed payment partners and settle to the account you connect. You enter into a separate agreement with the payment partner. Payment-gateway fees are set by that partner and are separate from Rallib fees.
You are the seller of tickets to your attendees. You decide prices, taxes shown at checkout and refund rules, and you are responsible for honoring them. Rallib provides the tools and does not sell tickets on its own behalf.
Rallib fees
- General Admission: free events and your first event up to 200 attendees carry no Rallib fee.
- VIP: a fee per paid ticket sold plus a percentage of ticket value, as listed on the Ticket Tiers page.
- All Access: a yearly subscription billed in advance.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We will give at least 30 days notice before any fee change affects an event you have already published.
Attendee data
Attendee data you collect belongs to you. You must have a lawful basis to collect it, tell attendees how it will be used and respect their choices, including networking opt-in and what they share with sponsors. Rallib processes attendee data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI features
AI suggestions for rooms, schedules, networking matches and recap drafts are aids to your judgment. You remain responsible for decisions you approve, including room capacity and safety limits set by your venue, and for reviewing recaps before you send them.
Sponsors
You may invite sponsors to a sponsor portal. Sponsors only see leads collected by their own staff with attendee consent. You are responsible for your agreements with sponsors, including deliverables and payments.
Availability and event day
We work to keep Rallib available, especially during live events. Check-in continues offline if the venue connection drops. We are not responsible for losses caused by venue networks, devices, printers or third-party services outside our control.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rallib to send spam or to message people who did not register for your events.
- Do not resell attendee data or use it outside the purpose it was collected for.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time after your live events have ended and payouts have settled. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts attendees at risk or creates unpaid fees, and will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the Rallib fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or event cancellation costs.
